What You’ll Do This is a hands-on, high-accountability leadership role. You will: * Oversee multi-site facility operations across New England * Drive regulatory compliance (OSHA, CMS, HUD, DPH) * Manage vendors, contracts, and cost performance * Lead capital projects, renovations, and space planning * Build and enforce preventative maintenance programs * Respond to critical facility needs and emergencies You’re not supporting operations—you’re owning them.
