We invite dynamic and experienced candidates who are passionate about leadership and operational excellence to apply for an exciting opportunity as a Regional Business Office Manager/Trainer (Regional Field Controller) at Life Care Centers of America. This regional position requires the person in this role to oversee our five Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) in King County, Washington.
The facilities are in Kirkland, Mount Vernon, Skagit and Marysville, WA. The position involves on-site support at facilities approximately four days per week. Travel requirements will vary based on the candidate’s home location and the geographic spread of assigned buildings. Travel expenses will be compensated and relocation assistance will be provided.

Position Summary
The Regional Field Controller oversees the financial operations, full cycle billing, collections and A/R management, cash flow management, and payer reimbursement processes to support the Business Office Managers at five skilled nursing facilities in accordance with all laws, regulations, and LCCA standards.
