THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Field Sales Manager to take ownership of building, coaching, and driving a high-performing team of door-to-door canvassers. This team will generate leads for our domestic solar campaign, booking free, no-obligation site surveys for our Clean Energy Specialists.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of self-employed door-to-door canvassers.
  • Coach new recruits in the field to ensure they can confidently and effectively generate leads.
  • Ideally bring existing canvassers with you (not essential).
  • Drive your team to meet and exceed weekly appointment booking targets.
  • Work closely with the head office to identify and target key territories.
  • Promote our solar offering to homeowners, focusing on our zero-deposit and long-term financing as a key USP.
  • Track team performance, implement improvements, and celebrate success.
