TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Must have experience with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics D365, SAP, etc)
  • Preferably experienced in developing reports using Power BI or a similar tool
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to prepare detailed standard and custom reports

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, budgeting, auditing, or financial analysis
  • Preference for candidates with experience in professional services or multinational environments
  • Proven ability to analyse financial reports and present insights to stakeholders

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Regional Finance Manager works with client teams and regional leadership to provide financial oversight and support throughout the lifecycle of client engagements, from opportunity development through to final reporting. The role ensures compliance with Duke CE policies and provides financial insight to support decision-making. The Regional Finance Manager collaborates with Regional Managing Directors, Finance colleagues and client stakeholders to ensure accurate financial planning, reporting and analysis.
