THE ROLE
The USA & Canada Controller oversees all accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities for our United States and Canadian entities. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements while managing day-to-day accounting operations, supporting tax and treasury activities, and partnering with business leaders to drive operational efficiency. The USA & Canada Controller leads a geographically distributed team, maintains alignment with global accounting policies, and ensures adherence to local statutory requirements. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in US GAAP and Canadian accounting standards, exceptional leadership skills, and proven experience managing cross-border financial operations.
