Description

Our GFL team is expanding, and we’re looking for a Regional FP&A Operations Controller.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business from a four-year accredited institution, with 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong leadership background with a proven ability to develop teams and drive results in dynamic, high-growth environments.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a consistent track record of delivering accurate insights and effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; industry experience in waste management is a plus but not required.
