Job Description The role of the Regional Fulfilment Lead will see you leading a team of our Noel Leeming Tech Solutions Specialists that are changing the customer experience game by providing a full end to end service. We are seeking a proven, experienced people leader to support our services team to ensure that customers are getting the right solutions. You will be responsible for: Efficient fulfilment of Tech Solutions Services to a high standard Responsible for ensuring that we are compliant with operational processes within the network. Supporting the technical and personal development of their direct reports. Provides leadership, development & performance management of their team. Supporting conversations with customers and stores. Responsible for recruitment and induction, onboarding and training of new team members. Working with the wider business when required to consult on operational or training initiatives Supporting and driving the strategic direction of services portfolio within the network. Leading a team of Tech Solutions Specialists to deliver operational outcomes to expected levels & SLA’s. Building of successful internal and external customer relationships Own all HR and ER processes and outcomes for direct reports. This includes, but is not limited to, recruitment and performance management matters. Ensure team members Van sale revenue targets are met Meet and exceed service delivery targets. Meet and exceed NPS targets. This role is based in Auckland but will involve travel to the wider areas of the region. This role is salaried 40 hours a week with a Monday – Friday roster. Qualifications Minimum qualification, work experience, skills or other specifications to be considered for this role: At least 5 years’ leading, coaching, and developing teams to achieve high performance, both locally and remotely Experience in driving revenue through service offerings and van sales Strong ability to drive outstanding customer experiences and service delivery Highly effective communication skills both written and verbal Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Self-managing – always looking for opportunities Capability to assess challenges, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement Ability to identify efficiencies and implement operational improvements Understanding of workplace safety requirements, particularly in field-based roles Prior experience in services, retail, or technology solutions would be advantageous Full clean driver’s licence Additional Information You will be exposed to the latest technology, work in a diverse and energetic team while taking advantage of our company benefits such as: The use of a fully maintained company vehicle Consecutive days off giving you time to unwind and rest for the week ahead Paid day off on your birthday (Whoo!)
