Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Fever for Business is a start-up within the unicorn – a hyper-growth organization democratizing access to culture and live entertainment for corporate and institutional clients. Reporting to the Global VP, you’ll own the Americas P&L, scale a world-class sales organization across the U.S. and LATAM, and cement Fever for Business as a strategic growth pillar for Fever as we charge toward category leadership in global live entertainment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Scale and lead a full-cycle Sales organisation – hiring, coaching, and retaining top performers who consistently beat targets
  • Own the regional P&L: set the GTM strategy, forecast and deliver against quarterly revenue targets, own pipeline generation efforts, and rely on data-driven decision making
  • Drive executive-level engagement with Fever’s top prospects and customers to win new logos and expand existing customer engagements
  • Institutionalise best-practice Sales methodologies across pipeline generation, qualification, and deal management in partnership with Enablement, Strategy, and Operations
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Production, Strategy, and Operations teams to be the internal voice of the corporate customer, shape roadmaps, streamline processes, and elevate our offering
