We are seeking a dedicated Regional Manager to oversee our operations across multiple locations in Brantford. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our hotels and retirement homes maintain the highest standards of service and operational excellence. The position is based in Canada and plays a key role in driving our mission forward.

• Lead and manage hotel and retirement home operations within the assigned in Brantford.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among staff.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and provide guidance.
• Build strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
