As Regional General Manager for Bayside & Peninsula, you’ll lead our SME Banking teams across one of our most dynamic and diverse regions. You’ll balance strong commercial outcomes with disciplined risk and compliance leadership, bringing together customer advocacy, performance and people leadership in a way that feels natural and purposeful. This role is about being visible and connected, building trusted relationships with customers, community partners and internal stakeholders while empowering your leaders to grow and succeed. This is a full-time role based in Naarm, Bunurong country in the South-Eastern Kulin nation, with flexibility in how and where work gets done.
