You’ll guide local Head Chefs, inspire teams, and make sure every dish that leaves the kitchen reflects creativity, consistency, and care. From coaching chefs to driving menu innovation and sustainability, your role blends leadership, flavor, and purpose. You’ll work hand in hand with our Group Executive Chef and regional operations teams to keep our standards high, our kitchens thriving, and our guests coming back hungry for more. What You’ll Do Lead the culinary operations across your region, keeping taste, presentation, and consistency top-notch Bring our global F&B vision to life in local kitchens through strong collaboration and hands-on leadership Mentor and inspire local Head Chefs, helping their teams grow and perform at their best Roll out new menus, concepts, and openings with energy and precision Keep an eye on kitchen performance, from food costs to team morale Champion food safety, sustainability, and innovation in every kitchen Jump in when needed to support local teams during transitions or openings Work closely with the Group Executive Chef on training, storytelling, and long-term culinary strategy What You’ll Have You have a culinary degree or hospitality management background You bring at least 5 years of leadership experience in top-performing, food-driven environments You have a track record of running multi-site or destination restaurant kitchens You’re confident managing budgets, costs, and kitchen performance metrics You communicate clearly and collaborate with ease across different teams and cultures You’re passionate about great food, sustainable sourcing, and developing people You speak fluent English (and ideally the local language too) What We Offer: The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company.
