Job Introduction
Sodexo has a great opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join our established team working with our prestigious clients.
Working across multiple sites covering London, Reading, Cambridge and Oxford you will be responsible for organising and leading the preparation and presentation of all meals with due care and attention, particularly in regard to customers’ special dietary requirements.
You will be responsible for all aspects of Health & Safety relating to work activities and complete the necessary Risk Assessments, COSHH Assessments, and other H&S compliance complying with the Company’s Quality Assurance and Health & Safety Procedures at all times.
It is essential that you have a pro-active attitude and can be flexible in relation to duties and working hours. The job also requires someone who can demonstrate that they have strong organisational and planning skills and have the ability to priorities and manage their time effectively.
There will be an expectation to step up and cover in the capacity of the Catering Manager / Executive Head Chef when needed – Though some management experience in this capacity would be advantageous we welcome applications from those ready to take this next step in their career and grow with Sodexo.
