Vision Football Academy is expanding, and we’re looking for a dedicated, experienced, and ambitious football coach to join us as a Regional Head Coach. This is a unique opportunity to lead and develop young talent while advancing your coaching career within a supportive and dynamic academy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Session Leadership: Take charge of football training sessions in your local region, ensuring they are engaging, inclusive, and effective.
  • Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality coaching sessions aligned with the Vision Football Academy syllabus, focusing on player development and progression.
  • Player Development: Work closely with young players, providing guidance to help them reach their full potential on and off the pitch.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with VFA staff to ensure consistency in coaching standards and continuous improvement through feedback and training opportunities.
  • Talent Pathway: Identify and nurture talented players, supporting their journey through our academy pathway.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven coaching experience, preferably with youth players, and a track record of delivering high-quality sessions.
  • Qualifications: A minimum of a Level 2 coaching qualification (or equivalent); Level 3/UEFA B is desirable.
  • Passion: A strong commitment to youth development and an ability to inspire and motivate players of all abilities.
  • Organisation: Strong planning and organisational skills to deliver structured and impactful sessions.
  • Adaptability: A proactive and flexible approach to working across diverse teams and environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Bonus scheme

Experience:

  • Sports coaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
