1. Ensuring that all retail banking activities within the region comply with relevant laws & regulations. 2. Identifying and assessing legal risks associated with retail banking activities within the region and developing strategies to mitigate those risks. 3. Overseeing legal disputes and litigation matters specific to retail banking operations within the region. 4. Working closely with branch managers and staff within the region to address legal issues arising in day-to-day retail banking operations. 5. Managing relationships with external legal firms and vendors within the region to ensure high-quality legal services are available when needed. 6.Collaborating with the Head- Legal and relevant stakeholders to develop and implement regional policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and best practices. 7. Responsible to raise awareness of legal issues relevant to retail banking and promoting a strong culture of compliance.

Responsibilities
