Are you an experienced finance leader ready to make an impact at a senior level in a listed business? Springfield Properties Plc, one of Scotland’s leading housebuilders, is seeking a Regional Head of Finance to provide strategic insight, financial leadership, and robust reporting for our Northern region.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Based across both North offices (Elgin / Inverness), this is a senior position with exposure to Group and reporting into Group. You will lead a dedicated finance team and work closely with regional leaders to ensure strong performance and financial control.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the regional finance function, managing and developing a high-performing team.
• Driving the preparation of accurate, timely monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts and reporting into Group
• Working with regional directors to prepare quarterly reports for submission to Group finance
• Overseeing Cost Variance Reports (CVRs), cash flow management, and performance monitoring across the region.
• Providing detailed financial analysis and insight to the Regional Managing Directors to support decision-making.
• Providing accurate and timely information to support annual and interim reporting cycles and external audit requirements.
• Reviewing and improving financial processes and internal controls to support efficiency and growth.
• Partnering with commercial and operational colleagues to support day to day activities, manage risk, and support decision making.
