Commercial & Growth Strategy Drive and execute the product’s strategic initiatives to meet budgeted revenue and volume targets. Drive network growth development initiatives with regions to support global product expansion. Participate in establishing regional Go‑to‑Market and Pricing strategies. Participate and contribute to annual sales target setting with Finance and Sales. Compile annual growth plan initiatives with Region/Area stakeholders. Consolidate and share regional market intelligence (market, competition, customer, pricing). 2. Sales Performance & Pipeline Management Provide direction on product growth and customer focus. Ensure consistent monthly delivery of budgeted GP and Revenue via active pipeline monitoring. Proactively engage Sales Enablement and product heads on corrective actions for GP deviations. Provide MPL guidance and direction to regional sales/account managers. Engage in customer‑facing activities aligned with Sales. 3. Pricing, Bids & Solution Design Lead and execute regional price‑setting processes in line with the product pricing strategy. Manage pricing for large strategic RFQ opportunities. Lead the regional Bid & Solution Design team and ensure high‑quality bid responses. Lead and execute the regional Go‑to‑Market process in line with the product strategy. 4. Leadership, Enablement & Team Capability Ensure updated product sales materials are maintained and accessible. Ensure team members have the skills, knowledge, and motivation to deliver outcomes. We’re looking for Extensive technical product knowledge including experience in product pricing and go to market strategies Experience from similar roles within Project Cargo Logistics A strategic mindset, and able to formulate a clear Goto market strategy Experience from leading a project tender desk Experience in customer facing engagements and presentation. Understanding of the key profitability drivers in logistics and supply chain management Strong ability to facilitate cross-functional decision-making and execution Strong communication and presentation skills Location: This leadership role may be based in key markets across Asia: Singapore, Shanghai, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and Korea.
