Job Description Position Purpose The Head of Regional Marketing is responsible for translating global marketing strategies into regionally relevant initiatives and driving customer-focused execution across the region. The role serves as the key interface between Global Marketing, Regional Sales, Portfolio Management, Marketing Hubs, and local organizations to ensure consistent and effective implementation of Bosch Power Tools marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership Translate global marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives into regional activation plans. Define and drive regional Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies aligned with business objectives. Ensure global marketing standards are effectively adapted to regional market requirements. Drive customer-centric and user-centric marketing initiatives to support business growth. Marketing Planning & Execution Lead regional marketing planning and execution across the full customer journey. Coordinate product launches and ensure launch excellence throughout the region. Drive regional visibility, promotions, customer activation, and engagement activities. Adapt global marketing content and campaigns to maximize local relevance and impact. Business Performance Management Own regional marketing performance and KPI achievement. Monitor Marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness. Utilize market insights and performance data to continuously optimize marketing activities. Ensure alignment between marketing investments and commercial objectives. Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with Sales, Portfolio Management, Global Marketing, Marketing Hubs, and local market organizations. Align activation roadmaps, launch plans, and customer-facing initiatives across stakeholders. Support regional events, training concepts, and implementation activities. Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop the regional marketing team. Foster strong collaboration across functions and markets. Build organizational capabilities and drive continuous improvement within the marketing organization. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Go-to-Market functions. Experience in regional or global marketing organizations. Previous leadership experience preferred. Functional Skills Strong strategic marketing and business planning capabilities. Experience in campaign management, product launches, and customer activation. Strong analytical skills with KPI and ROI management experience. Personal Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong leadership and team development capabilities. Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented.
