Job Description We are looking for a new colleague to join us as Mid Market Regional Leader, position is available for multiple locations in CEE. ACCOUNTABILITIES As a Mid Market Regional Leader, you will be responsible for defining and executing the regional growth strategy for the Mid Market segment within Coface Central & Eastern Europe ensuring revenue achievement and sustainable business expansion. Your mission will include: Leading the Mid Market organization across CEE, ensuring alignment with global commercial strategy. Defining and executing long-, mid-, and short‑term strategic plans to meet and exceed the budgeted growth objectives. Driving commercial excellence by developing and implementing high‑value sales initiatives for the Mid Market segment. Managing the regional sales pipeline, monitoring performance, and ensuring effective forecasting and reporting. Identifying, nurturing, and converting new business opportunities at regional level. Developing and adapting solutions, offers, and go‑to‑market strategy together with headquarters and cross‑functional teams. Maximizing Mid Market portfolio profitability, analyzing trends, and implementing corrective actions where needed. Building and maintaining strong relationships with regional partners, distribution channels, and key accounts. Leading customer‑oriented initiatives, ensuring consistent service quality and alignment with organizational standards. Promoting cross‑selling and collaboration with other business lines through appropriate levels of delegation and stakeholder management. Qualifications ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE 10+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, ideally within Mid Market, B2B services, business information, financial services, or business intelligence sectors. Minimum 7 years of people management experience (international matrix environment is a strong plus). Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). Advanced English skills – mandatory; additional languages are an advantage. Proven experience working with CRM platforms, ERP systems, and data-driven tools. Experience in data solutions, digital platforms, APIs, cloud/on‑premise applications, or similar ecosystems. Strong command of MS Office applications: Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint. Solid understanding of commercial analytics, market research, and digital sales channels.
