Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will deliver a range of Bupa health assessment products in onsite corporate environments and clinics & actively work with our customers to identify lifestyle changes that will directly impact their health & wellbeing. Help people make brave decisions & take the steps that will lead to our customers leading longer, healthier, happier lives.

KEY SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in exercise physiology/sports science/nutrition
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Experience of performing measurement or assessment in a health and fitness or medical environment (desirable)
  • Accuracy in information recording and working within clinical guidelines
  • Empathy and ability to motivate customers to make positive health changes
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with internal colleagues
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • IT skills including proficient on Microsoft Office systems and all other systems needed for health assessment delivery.
  • Organisation and time management skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
