TE WHIWHINGA MAHI | THE OPPORTUNITY
At Beca, our people are vital - and we’re committed to keeping everybody healthy and safe. Our ability to step up as an industry leader in all facets of our business has ensured the company’s success. Safety is a way of life, with the health and wellbeing of our employees an essential part of the way we do business.
Reporting to the NZ HSE Manager, we’re looking for an HSE Advisor to provide support, coaching and technical expertise to our Central Region. The role itself is based in our Wellington Regional Office supporting the local team on internal and project related health and safety. In addition, you will also provide support to our New Plymouth, Hastings, Palmerston North and Nelson Branch Offices. This varied role will provide an experienced HSE practitioner with the opportunity to become a trusted advisor within the largest professional services consultancy in New Zealand. In addition, there is the opportunity to be involved in offering H&S consultancy services to Beca’s clients.
Whilst your primary focus is regionally based, you will operate within a group-wide health, safety, environment and wellbeing team framework and therefore at times will be involved in activities and initiatives across New Zealand or the wider Group.
