Job Description As a Regional HR Advisor, you’ll partner with regional leaders to provide practical, commercially sound HR support across a wide range of areas. These include employment relations, performance and absence management, engagement, and supporting talent and development initiatives. This role has a strong employment relations focus, so we’re looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about this space - someone who enjoys working through real-time people challenges, managing cases, and achieving fair, balanced outcomes. This is a great opportunity for someone who has already worked in HR (at Advisor level), and can hit the ground running with end-to-end ER case management, while continuing to build your skills and experience. Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, you’ll also work closely with the ER Lead, HR Delivery Lead, and other HRBPs as well as the wider HR team. In this role, you will: Build strong relationships with regional and store leaders, providing hands-on, practical support Manage employment relations cases end-to-end, including picking up cases mid-process Ensure HR processes are delivered consistently across your portfolio Maintain compliance with NZ employment legislation and company policies Contribute to HR projects and initiatives Support initiatives that build team capability and performance Qualifications You’re an established HR professional looking to grow your capability and expertise in a fast-paced organisation. You’re confident, proactive, and not afraid to get stuck in.
