Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $110,000.00 – $140,000.00 depending on experience

Responsibilities

As a Regional People Business Partner, you’ll be the trusted advisor and strategic partner to VPs and leaders of leaders. In this high-impact role, you’ll:

  • Shape the Future: Develop and execute people strategies that align with business objectives, enabling teams to thrive in a culture of healthy high performance.
  • Drive Talent Excellence: Lead workforce planning, talent calibration, and performance management to build engaged and skilled teams.
  • Champion Change: Guide leaders through organisational change, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained engagement.
  • Collaborate and Coach: Build strong relationships, provide expert advice, and coach leaders to foster an inclusive and empowered environment.
  • Use Data for Impact: Leverage analytics to drive decisions, optimise strategies, and deliver measurable results.
