We are looking for a Regional HR Coordinator to oversee and harmonize HR operations across multiple countries, ensuring consistent policies, compliance, and best practices in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. What will you do: Coordinate HR operations across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. Manage recruitment processes, including international freelancers. Oversee onboarding and performance reviews during probation and contracts. Lead annual performance review cycles and harmonize HR templates. Liaise with payroll vendors and local consultants to ensure accuracy and compliance. Monitor labor law and compliance updates in each country. Support leadership with workforce planning and HR advisory. Drive cross-border HR initiatives that foster engagement and cultural alignment. Who we need: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a regional or international role. Strong knowledge of labor regulations in Malaysia and Thailand. Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Familiarity with payroll and vendor coordination. Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills. Fluent in English; regional language skills are a plus. Competencies required Strategic coordination and organizational skills. Strong HR process and compliance know-how. Cultural sensitivity and adaptability. Vendor and stakeholder management. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
