REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR leadership experience in a 3PL or logistics environment .
• Proven experience managing HR functions across Singapore, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong and China .
• Strong knowledge of regional labor laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility for reasonable travel within the region.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BIPO).
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is advantageous.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience being part of a M&A project, PMI.
