About You We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our regional People team as a Regional HR Executive, based in Singapore. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting day-to-day HR operations across Singapore and Malaysia, with a stronger focus on the Singapore office. You will also partner with the Academy Program Manager to support the smooth execution of the Archetype Academy’s learning programs and initiatives across APAC. You thrive on variety, managing recruitment and onboarding, ensuring compliance, and coordinating development programs that help our people grow. What You Do As a Regional HR Executive, you will manage HR operations across Singapore and Malaysia and bring the Archetype Academy to life through smooth program coordination and delivery. You report in a matrix to the People Director, APAC for all HR operations matters and to the Academy Program Manager for Academy-related administration and operations. Support day-to-day HR operations for Singapore and Malaysia, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee data updates, and contract preparation. Partner with the People Director, APAC to ensure HR policies and processes are compliant with local regulations and align with Archetype’s regional standards. Coordinate recruitment activities across Singapore and Malaysia, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and maintaining recruitment records. Administer internship programs, including liaising with universities, coordinating agreements, and supporting internship conversion processes. Assist with payroll inputs, employee record management, and HR reporting as required. Support employee engagement initiatives, performance review processes, and benefits administration. Partner with the Academy Program Manager to manage administrative and logistical aspects of the Archetype Academy, including scheduling, communications, attendance tracking, and post-session documentation. Provide ad-hoc administrative and project support to the regional People team. What You Offer A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 1 year of HR experience, ideally in a regional or multi-market setting. Experience working in a PR, marketing, or creative agency environment is highly valued, as it helps you navigate the dynamic pace, diverse talent, and client-driven culture at Archetype. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and stakeholders across different markets. A proactive and adaptable mindset, comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR systems or recruitment tools is an advantage.
