SUMMARY
You will hold a central role on the Amsterdam site and will act as lead human resources generalist, engaging with local and remote business leaders from different business groups such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Services, Business operations and more.
Responsible for development, implementation, administration and operation of high-value quality human resources programs, practices and procedures to all levels of team members. Assists in the integration of complex business factors to build business capability, develop leaders and succession plan, and drive business change efforts. Administers programs designed to establish and maintain effective team member relations through the uniform and equitable application of policies and procedures.
Acts as a key liaison for Workers’ Council consultations and relationship management, ensuring collaborative and compliant engagement with employee representatives.
