We are seeking an experienced Regional HR Manager to lead our HR operations across the APAC region.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Background Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-15 years of progressive HR experience, including regional HR leadership in APAC.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to drive HR strategy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for employee engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee HR operations across multiple countries in the APAC region, ensuring alignment with global HR policies and local compliance requirements.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to regional leadership on talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
  • Partner with leaders to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
  • Develop HR metrics and dashboards to track and report key people analytics to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with global HR teams to ensure consistency and scalability in HR practices.
  • Support training and development programs to upskill regional talent.
