Job Description: 1. Position Summary The Regional HR Manager be a key strategic partner based in our Amman, Jordan headquarters. This role is designed for a highly analytical leader with a background in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) who can apply logical rigor to organizational design. The primary mandate is to lead Strategic Restructuring and Organizational Transformation across our Middle East branches, ensuring that our human capital operations are as precise and efficient as our engineering projects. 2. Primary Responsibilities A. Strategic Restructuring & Organizational Design Lead the comprehensive restructuring of regional branches to enhance operational agility and reduce overhead. Design and implement a scalable Organizational Architecture that aligns with the company’s 5-year growth plan. Apply Management Consulting frameworks to diagnose organizational bottlenecks and engineer efficient workflows. B. Data-Driven Workforce Planning Utilize mathematical modeling to forecast labor needs and optimize "Man-Hour" efficiency for mega-projects. Establish advanced HR Analytics dashboards (Power BI/Excel) to track ROI on human capital. Conduct rigorous productivity audits across all engineering and site-based departments. C. Regional Governance & Consultancy Act as an internal consultant for the Board on labor market trends in Jordan, KSA, UAE, and beyond. Standardize HR Policies (SOPs) across all branches while ensuring compliance with diverse Middle Eastern labor laws. Lead Change Management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during structural shifts. Requirements 3. Candidate Profile (Qualifications & Skills) ​A. Educational Background (Mandatory STEM) ​Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field. (This background is essential to ensure the candidate possesses high-level systems thinking and logical reasoning). ​B. Professional Experience ​Scale: Proven experience managing HR for organizations with over 500+ employees. ​Consultancy: Significant background in HR Consulting or leading large-scale corporate restructuring projects. ​Sector: 12+ years of experience, preferably within Construction, EPC, or Heavy Industry. ​C. Certifications ​HR Excellence: SHRM-SCP, SPHRi, or CIPD Level 7. ​Process Excellence: Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) or PMP. ​D. Technical & Language Skills ​Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics). ​Native-level Arabic and professional-level English (Written & Spoken). ​4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ​Restructuring ROI: Measurable reduction in operational costs through structural optimization. ​Workforce Efficiency: Improvement in the "Employee Productivity Index" across technical teams. ​Succession Depth: Development of a data-backed leadership pipeline for key regional roles.
