Description

This role will involve the full-cycle recruitment and placement of candidates for diverse job opportunities at our different projects in engineering, technical, management, administrative, manufacturing and corporate professional roles.

  • Coordination of internal placements and employee relocations, including mobilization and demobilization of projects.
  • External recruitment of administrative, technical and professional positions.
  • Employment Term negotiations.
  • Provide guidance to projects, supervisors, and/​or managers and ensuring non-discriminatory hiring practices.
  • Reference checks, interviews and exit interviews.
  • Placement of employment advertising and/​or act as a company representative at external career fairs.
  • Responsible for calculation and reporting of vacancy rates, turnover rates and employee headcounts.​

You have a university degree or college diploma in Human Resources or related equivalent with minimum four years’ experience directly related to recruitment and selection.​ Exposure to the industrial construction industry and unionized environment is a must.
