Job Description Based in Singapore, this role has regional responsibility for HSE across Southeast Asia, supporting multiple sites and business areas. You will partner with Country Leaders and operational teams to ensure strong compliance, effective risk management, and consistent HSE practices across the region. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, translating business priorities into practical HSE plans, while supporting leaders to build capability and embed safe ways of working. What you’ll be doing Provide clear HSE guidance to ensure compliance with local legislation, regulatory requirements, and Rotork standards across Southeast Asia Translate organisational priorities into practical HSE plans and framework that support operational delivery while managing risk Develop and maintain HSE management systems aligned to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Lead incident investigations, ensuring root causes are identified and actions are implemented effectively Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections to identify and mitigate risk Support leaders and teams through coaching, training, and practical guidance ensuring a solution orientated approach Monitor HSE performance and provide clear reporting and insights to support decision-making Work with regional and global stakeholders to drive consistency and deliver aligned "One Rotork" outcomes What you’ll bring Experience & capability 5+ years demonstrated experience in an equivalent level HSE role across multi-site or regional environments including experience operating independently Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within Southeast Asia Leadership & working style Builds effective working relationships and partners with leaders to deliver outcomes Focuses on developing capability through guidance, coaching, and support Takes a practical, solutions-focused approach to managing risk and compliance Able to manage competing priorities and work across different countries and cultures Experience implementing or maintaining ISO-based HSE management systems Capability to translate strategy into clear, actionable plans and framework that both delivers outcomes and supports operational requirements Why join Rotork Regional role with exposure across diverse Southeast Asian markets Opportunity to contribute to safe, sustainable operations at scale Work within a global organisation with strong technical capability and purpose-led direction A role that balances practical delivery with broader regional impact Qualifications Relevant qualification in health, safety or environmental management (or equivalent experience) NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred Additional Information There's never been a more exciting time to be part of Rotork.
