MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 10 years’ HR Management experience
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Field HR Support experience required
  • ADP experience a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel to national sites
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking an HR Professional to support multiple locations around the country in its adherence to the Imagefirst Purpose, Values and Imagefirst Way

GENERAL HR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Has field oversight for 4 plants, totaling approximately 500 associates across the country as a Human Resources Business Partner
  • Completes on-site location reports and provides feedback and advice to the upper management team regarding HR issues presented by employees and offers solutions
  • Reviews and assists managers with the content of quarterly performance evaluations
  • Serve as liaison between associates and location management. Addresses and resolves concerns in the company as they arise, while demonstrating a high level of visibility and accessibility in the plants, reinforcing the company’s open-door policy
  • Work with managers and employees to resolve diverse employee relations issues such as harassment, discrimination, etc.
  • Supports organizational change by seeking and developing ways for the plants to be most effective
  • Monitors documents used to evaluate, correct and enhance job performance and other workplace behaviors (PIP’s and Corrective Action Plans), assuring overall fairness and consistency, and meeting business requirements.
  • Provides coaching and consulting to managers in order to enhance their people and performance management skills

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processing location Unemployment Compensation paperwork
  • Manages the company Community Giving Program, ensuring that locations are completing quarterly volunteer events. Create and present quarterly meetings to keep the team updated on the progress of the program
  • Serve as a mentor to location HR Generalists (4), offer training and advice on HR related duties and compliance
  • Metrics reporting; Headcount, Turnover and other reports on an as needed basis
  • Must be willing and able to travel 25% of the time
