WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE

In this leadership role, you’ll be the driving force behind HR strategy and support across Eastern Canada regions (Ontario-East). Reporting directly to the President, you’ll work closely with regional leaders to ensure we’re building a safe, compliant, and supportive workplace. You’ll play a key role in shaping employee culture, promoting development, and championing Occupational Health and Safety standards that protect and empower our teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Partner with leaders to drive workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
• Lead employee relations, performance management, and succession planning.
• Interpret and apply Canadian employment legislation to ensure compliance.
• Provide guidance and oversight on Occupational Health and Safety programs, ensuring safe and compliant workplaces.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to reflect evolving business needs.
• Oversee payroll adjustments, benefits administration, and WCB reportingLead new hire orientations, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives.Monitor HR metrics and business unit reporting, providing insights to leadership
• Build strong, constructive relationships with employees, peers, and leaders to foster a positive workplace culture.
