Job Overview: The Regional Human Resources Director will lead and direct the HR function for the designated region, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and strategic objectives. The role involves employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, organizational development and collaborating with talent management within the region. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the regional leadership team, providing insights and guidance on all HR matters.
