Apply now » Let's create impact beyond tomorrow What awaits you Assume the role as key HR partner for assigned APAC subsidiaries (Cambodia & other entities as needed) Deliver high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle within the APAC Shared Services model Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate management, and onboarding Coordinate and process payroll and time/leave management in compliance with local requirements Advise local management and employees on HR policies, processes, and labor law Maintain and update local HR policies in alignment with regulatory and corporate standards Own compensation, benefits, budgeting, and workforce planning in line with regional standards Identify training needs and contribute to local and regional learning & development initiatives Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation, including employee certificates Coordinate visa, work permit and insurance processes with office managers and external stakeholders Support Regional HR processes (e.g., talent reviews, Global mobility, KPI reporting, learning administration) Support HR digitalization initiatives, system implementation, and process standardization and other regional HR projects as needed Collaborate with local HR teams across countries to strengthen capabilities and align processes with regional / global standards Your Profile You contribute Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a regional/shared services setup Knowledge of APAC labor laws (Cambodia strongly preferred) Strong stakeholder management and advisory capability Structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset Experience with HR systems and reporting tools (Success Factors, Power BI) Fluent English; additional APAC languages are a plus Your application Interested?
