The atmosphere combines good humour, ambitious projects and a culture of initiative. ➡️ More info: digitalvirgo.com Job Description Your Role Reporting directly to the MENAT General Manager and functionally to the Group HR Director, you will act as a true HR Business Partner for managers and employees across the region. From recruitment to payroll supervision, from onboarding to supporting strategic HR projects, you will take full ownership of the HR agenda in MENAT. Main Responsibilities HR Management: manage fully the HR matters of the UAE and Saudi Arabia entities (e.g. visas, work permits, insurance, contracting), as well as consultant(s) under manpower company (i.e. Oman). Supervise the other entities in Turkey, Egypt and Tunisia. Payroll & Compliance: Supervise payroll providers in each country, ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and oversee HR administration. Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (direct & via agencies), negotiate with recruitment partners, and strengthen our employer brand. Employee Experience: Drive onboarding programs, support managers in people development, and promote engagement initiatives. HR Business Partnering: Act as the go-to HR partner for managers, providing guidance on organization, performance, and talent management. Group HR Projects: Deploy Group HR processes and policies in the region, contribute to global projects such as the implementation of a new HRIS (2026). Expansion Support: Accompany the HR setup in case of opening new offices in new countries (monitor local regulations, assess social security schemes, identify and manage local HR service providers). Mobility: Travel regularly across MENAT offices to support local teams and maintain a strong presence on the ground. Qualifications 5 to 7 years of experience in a generalist HR role with international exposure. Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals: recruitment, payroll supervision, employee relations, and talent development, experience in managing external providers (payroll, recruitment). Proven track record / ability to be very hands-on and involved if and when needed Strong business partner mindset: interpersonal skills, solution-oriented, able to challenge. Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-moving and multicultural environments. Recognized for your autonomy, initiative, and ability to act as an intrapreneur. Skills & Languages Fluent English (mandatory), Arabic would be a plus Proficient with Office Suite and comfortable with digital tools. Open-minded and curious about innovative technologies (including AI) and their applications in HR. A previous experience working on an HRIS is a plus. Additional Information Why Join Us?
