Responsibilities:

GET ON BOARD FOR A DYNAMIC AND PURPOSEFUL CAREER.

We are seeking a Regional HR Manager (MARO) to lead and drive strategic HR initiatives across the MARO region. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership development, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Partner with the Regional Head to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the overall business and people plans.
  • Provide strategic HR advisory to the regional office team, ensuring that human capital decisions align with business goals.
  • Talent Management & Acquisition:
  • Lead recruitment efforts to ensure the hiring of the right talent for key regional roles.
  • Implement talent management and retention programs, including succession planning for critical positions.
  • Compensation & Performance Management:
  • Collaborate with global HR and compensation teams to implement salary and benefits strategies that attract and retain top talent.
  • Drive the regional performance and salary review process.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and group policies across multiple countries in the region.
  • Address employee relations issues and provide HR guidance to regional leaders.
  • Change Management & Organizational Development:
  • Lead HR aspects of organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective change management strategies.
  • Support leaders in fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture across diverse countries.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Develop HR capabilities within the MARO region to meet both current and future organizational needs.
  • Act as the key liaison between local HR teams and the global HR function, ensuring alignment in strategies and policies.
