POSITION SUMMARY

The Regional Human Resources Manager will work in coordination with the Director of HR, Regional Operations Managers, Plant Managers, and local plant administrators to manage HR processes, execute policies, maintain compliance, support programs, and be a resource for employees at the assigned facilities.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
  • Additional HCRI and/or SHRM certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with HRM Software & ATS.
  • Excellent communication skills, ethics and cultural awareness.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and support the organizational culture.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time or as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s present and future hiring needs.
