As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Hamilton team and help expand our customer base across surrounding regions.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager with a strong background in the HVAC industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Home Comfort Advisors and Sales Representatives in the Hamilton region. This role involves overseeing regional sales operations, coaching and performance management, and ensuring monthly and quarterly sales targets are met. This is a full-time role reporting to the Director of Sales, with regular travel to our Vaughan head office.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales management experience, preferably in HVAC or home services
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and residential sales processes
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Strong organizational and CRM reporting skills (Service Titan or SalesForce)
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between Hamilton and Vaughan
Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team in the Hamilton region
  • Set, monitor, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Develop and execute local sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Conduct regular ride-alongs and in-field coaching with sales reps
  • Monitor CRM activity and ensure accurate pipeline management
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Provide regular sales reporting and performance updates to senior leadership
  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding new sales team members
