Happy Dad Hard Seltzer & Tea is hiring Regional Key Account Managers - Chains (Large Format) based in Illinois to drive sales and expand distribution. You’ll develop sales strategies, build relationships with retail chains, and work with our Strategy, Sales, and Marketing teams to track performance and optimize product placement. REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Regional Headquarter Buyer sales, preferably within the alcoholic beverage industry
• Minimum 3 years experience in the Beverage Alcohol Industry preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong data and financial analysis skills using Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong presentation skill using Powerpoint and Google Slides
• Superior judgment, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong work ethic and team player
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  Job Type: Full-time, Remote
  Pay: $110,000 - $140,000
