QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or equivalent, in Indigenous studies, Business Administration, Accounting and/or Education, or a related field
  • Experience with business planning and operations
  • Experience with group training and facilitation
  • Experience with coaching/counseling, and mentoring
  • Related business experience
  • Experience connecting and working with First Nation communities
  • Knowledge of women’s issues, reconciliatory economics and approaches to business development, microfinance and community economic development are definite assets.
  • The ability to speak and write in Ojibwe is a definite asset
