Job Summary
The Regional Innovation Manager will lead the development and formulation of wet line products, including decors, glazes, and fruit-based fillings. This role requires hands-on and remote formulation and application capabilities. The Regional Innovation Manager will drive innovation, ensure product quality, and support the technical needs of the region.
Roles & Responsibilities

Product Development

  • Formulation: Develop and formulate wet line products such as decors, glazes, and fruit-based fillings.
  • Application: Provide hands-on and remote support for product application, ensuring optimal performance in various bakery environments.

Technical Support

  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Offer technical support and troubleshooting for product-related issues.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on product usage and application techniques.

Research & Development

  • Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product development and innovation.

Leadership

  • Mentorship: Lead and mentor the regional R&D team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Skill Development: Identify skill gaps and provide targeted training to enhance team capabilities.

KPIs

  • Product Development: Successful development and launch of new wet line products.
  • Client Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through effective technical support and solutions.
  • Innovation: Number of innovative products developed and introduced to the market.

Qualification
