This role is hands-on and service-oriented, supporting day-to-day operations while partnering with the business to ensure technology effectively enables growth and efficiency. The IT Manager will work closely with a global IT team, collaborating across regions and time zones, with regular alignment to North American stakeholders.   Key Responsibilities * Act as the primary IT contact for the region, owning day-to-day technology support and coordination. * Provide L1 and L2 support for core business systems, including ERP and eCommerce platforms, escalating to external partners when required. * Support and train business users on system functionality, processes, and best practices. * Manage and coordinate IT support for end users, including laptops, peripherals, user access, and general technical issues. * Work with external vendors and managed service providers to resolve issues and deliver services effectively. * Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system improvements or technology solutions. * Support system configurations, testing, minor enhancements, and integrations in collaboration with global IT and vendors. * Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment provisioning and access setup. * Assist with IT asset tracking and basic lifecycle management. * Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and operational best practices. * Support audit and compliance-related activities, such as access reviews and evidence collection. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance system reliability, user experience, and business outcomes.   Required Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in IT roles supporting business systems, end users, and vendors. * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP platforms. * Experience supporting eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or equivalent. * Solid understanding of general IT concepts, including end-user support and vendor coordination. * Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). * Ability to work flexible hours to collaborate with global teams across time zones. * Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.   Nice-to-Have Qualifications * Based in or near Sydney or Brisbane, Australia. * Experience in CPG, regulated industries, or medical cannabis. * Exposure to financial audits, SOX, or ITGC controls. * Experience supporting finance-related systems or processes   What Success Looks Like * Technology services operate reliably with minimal disruption. * Business users feel well-supported and confident engaging with IT. * Issues are resolved efficiently with clear ownership and communication. * Technology enables business operations without unnecessary complexity. * Strong alignment with global IT standards and teams.   Tilray welcomes applications from all qualified individuals and is committed to employment equity and diversity in the workplace.
