What You’ll Do Provide onsite and remote IT support for dealership locations within a 35–75 mile radius using a company-issued vehicle. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues (wired and wireless). Manage and resolve Help Desk tickets promptly and professionally. Deploy and maintain IT assets, workstations, and infrastructure hardware. Install, configure, and maintain network devices, firewalls, antivirus, and other security systems. Perform system upgrades and software installations. Collaborate with end users, other IT Specialists, and regional IT leadership. Occasionally travel out of town for special projects (a few times per year). Requirements What You’ll Need Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience in an IT-related field. 3+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a multi-site environment. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills. Broad knowledge across multiple IT domains (hardware, networking, security, software, etc.). Valid driver’s license and comfort traveling within assigned region.
