BONUS QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE)

  • Experience with UV, LED, arc lamp, or microtech systems
  • Exposure to formal sales training methodologies like SPIN Selling or Challenger
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field
  • Background in long-cycle capital equipment sales to OEMs or technical buyers
