In this strategic role, you will take ownership of key partnerships across Europe within the B2B industrial distribution ecosystem. Your focus will be on strengthening commercial relationships, expanding regional presence, and driving growth with digitally supported sales and marketing execution. What you will do • Manage and develop complex regional key accounts and long-term business partnerships • Build tailored account strategies to deepen collaboration and unlock new revenue streams • Drive account planning and ensure strong execution of growth initiatives • Support market expansion by working closely with local sales teams across Europe • Partner with marketing to implement innovative go-to-market and digital initiatives • Provide market insight to shape product and digital innovation • Contribute directly to the company’s long-term profitable growth targets What you bring • Degree in business, engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of relevant B2B commercial experience in an international environment in technical / industrial field • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills • Digital-savvy mindset with the ability to use modern tools to drive growth • Fluent in English, French and German • Validity and flexibility to travel frequently across Europe • Ideally located with good transport connections
