Responsibilities
  • Provide entrepreneurial leadership according to KPIs and business goals to the sales and service teams for products, filterCair and engineering projects, driving revenue and profitability growth, market share expansion, and customer acquisition
  • Lead the strategic development of Diverse Business and Sales Partners, including the definition of relevant sub-segments and comprehensive market, competitor, and value proposition analyses
  • Own and drive sales, gross profit, and operating results (OR) for Diverse Business and Sales Partners in the region
  • Implement the local strategies for the Market Segments Surface Treatment, Turbomachinery, Air Pollution Control, and Gas-Phase Filtration in alignment with the Vice President EMEA and the Segment Management
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence, driving operational effectiveness and efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the development and execution of annual business plans and budgets for Industrial
  • Recruit new talents, lead and develop high-performing teams, providing coaching, guidance, and professional development opportunities
  • Share and implement best practices and materialize potential cross-country synergies in our sales and service offers
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to anticipate changes and develop proactive strategies in close collaboration with the Market Segment Management
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and partnerships to drive business growth and enhance the company’s competitive position in close collaboration with the Segment Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and represent Freudenberg Filtration Technologie’s business interests to internal and external business partners
  • Compliance with the business principles and the guiding principles of the group and Freudenberg Filtration Technologie
