Create your best future and join Westpac as a Regional Lead.   What’s the role?  You’ll lead a team of Commercial and Agribusiness Bankers who are passionate about helping customers thrive across regional Victoria. You’ll set direction, coach and support your people, and create an environment where great customer experiences come naturally.   Alongside people leadership, you’ll play an active role in supporting growth across South West Victoria. That means being visible in the community, attending local and industry events, supporting prospecting activity, and building strong relationships with customers and referral partners. You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands on leadership, staying close to customers while supporting your team to build meaningful, long term relationships.   This is a full time role servicing South West Victoria including Ballarat, Warrnambool, Horsham and Colac.
