Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a growing organization operating within the FMCG sector. As part of its regional operations, the company is seeking a Regional Legal Counsel to provide legal support, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage legal risks across assigned markets. Role Overview The Regional Legal Counsel will be responsible for overseeing legal matters across the region, providing strategic and operational legal advice, and supporting business functions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice on commercial, corporate, and operational matters Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documentation Ensure compliance with regional and local laws, regulations, and internal policies Identify and manage legal risks and support dispute resolution when required Liaise with external legal counsel, regulators, and authorities as needed Support internal stakeholders on legal best practices and governance matters Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business Candidate Profile Proven experience in a legal counsel or similar legal role Experience within FMCG, commercial, or corporate environments is preferred Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks in Jordan and/or Egypt Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regional role What We Offer Opportunity to join a growing regional FMCG organization Exposure to diverse legal matters across multiple markets Competitive remuneration package (to be discussed at later stages) Professional growth within a dynamic and expanding business At Jadeer, we value diversity and equal opportunity.
