Key Areas of Responsibility

• Own regional logistics KPI framework (DOT, COTA, COD, DRM, TPW).
• Monitor logistics cost and productivity.
• Manage transport and warehouse performance dashboards.
• Coordinate carrier performance reviews and improvement plans.
• Maintain logistics vendor and contract repository.
• Lead transportation and warehousing improvement projects.
• Drive logistics standardization and best practices.
• Support warehouse migration and network optimization projects.
• Ensure logistics compliance and governance.
• Partner with Procurement, Distribution, Finance and Operations teams.
• Lead logistics digitization and analytics initiative
• Oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of supply chain projects to meet organizational objectives.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements in the supply chain.
• Manages project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project completion.
• Monitors project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate project success and resolve issues.
• Reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Communicates project updates and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
• Leverages industry best practices to optimize supply chain processes and achieve efficiency.
• Provides a feedback loop on post-project execution.
• Ensures compliance with relevant regulations and standards within supply chain operations.

Critical Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management or project management, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.

• • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is an advantage.
