Position Responsibilities: • Maximise market access opportunity for BMS products in assigned regions, including NRDL landing/innovative access for new products/indications/formulations • Support to achieve national access objectives (e.g. NRDL listing) • Create synergy in regional value access team esp. with regional KA team to ensure BMS products access from provincial to city to hospital level • Optimize access opportunity for BMS products in regional/provincial tendering/VBP. Ensure timely regional tendering/VBP • Establish strategic partnership with regional government authorities, key hospitals, Health Economic experts & industry associations • Identify / analysis reimbursement / health care reform policy affecting business, communicate with internal stakeholders and support business decisions • Build regional MA capability and team culture Requirements: • BA/BS degree or above, major in Medical, Pharmacy Administration and Public Health is preferred • 8+ years of career experiences in pharmaceutical/medical device industry with relevant market access experiences • Experience in leading a successful regional market access team is a must • Proven track record of successful market access achievements • Good relationship with regional healthcare authorities and Health Economic experts • Excellent leadership & team management • Result driven and ability to influence outcomes in complex matrix • Excellent communication skills and collaborate mindset • Policy acumen Travel Required ~30-50% If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
